Responsibilities

·      Draft the tender documents incorporating all required terms and conditions.

·      All kinds of Civil, Finishing, MEP & Infrastructure work of the project.

·      All activities from preconstruction to handover of building.

·      Invite tender, negotiate & prepare comparative statement for approval.

·      Award work order / contract & monitor it.

·      Create database of contractors for various activities.

·      Interface whenever required with site team / architect.

·      Prepare and update MIS on monthly basis for review.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification

  : B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory); PG in Construction/Contract Management or MBA (preferred).

• Experience

  : 5 –10 years of progressive experience in contract management within the luxury real estate sector.

• Domain Expertise

  : Should have executed contracts in civil, finishing and MEP, well versed with clauses, rates, ratios and percentage.

Skills

·      Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

·      Strong understanding of construction and real estate project cycles.

·      Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and contract management software (e.g., Primavera, ERP systems).

• · Ability to manage multiple contracts and vendors simultaneously.
