Job Description

I. Brand Strategy & Development
Define and strengthen the brand identity of the organization and all projectbrands. Develop brand guidelines, communication frameworks, tone\-of\-voice, and designconcepts in coordination with creative teams. Conduct brand benchmarking against leading real estate competitors to maintainmarket differentiation. Lead brand repositioning strategies for luxury, premium, and mid\-segment realestate offerings. II. Integrated Marketing & Communication Plan & execute 360 brand campaigns across: Digital (SEO, social media, content marketing) ATL (Print, Radio, Outdoor, TV) BTL (Flyers, site branding, event promotions) Ensure timely rollout of marketing assets to support lead generation, projectlaunches, milestones, and site activation activities. Align communication strategy with CRO and Sales team to ensure brand messagingconverts into business results. III. Digital Branding & Online Presence Manage official website branding, content, UI\/UX improvements with Digital& Web teams. Oversee brand presence across: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business Approve creatives, videos, testimonials, CGI renders & walkthroughs fordigital ads & campaigns. Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager on: Online reputation management SEO keyword strategy for project visibility Social media growth metrics & engagement benchmarks IV. Project Branding, Collateral & Site Experience Lead the development of brand collaterals for each project: Brochures, flyers, leaflets, hoardings, signage Walkthrough videos, branding films & model apartment branding Plan project branding layout for: Sample flats, project entrances, site offices, sales galleries Conduct periodic audits of brand assets at sites to maintain quality,uniformity, and brand compliance. V. Campaign Performance & Analytics Track campaign KPIs: Brand recall, engagement rates, quality of leads, cost perqualified lead. Conduct marketing ROI analysis with Sales & Revenue teams. Share insights and improvements to optimize digital, outdoor & printspends. VI. Stakeholder Collaboration Coordinate with: Sales leaders for marketing funnel alignment CRM team for customer communication consistency Project\/engineering for site branding activities Legal team for brand compliance and approvals Partner with external agencies: Creative, Digital, Media buying, Production, PR & Event vendors VII. PR, Events & Influencer Marketing Lead PR strategy to enhance company visibility in: Real estate media, newspapers, industry events Manage brand exposure during: Launch events, channel partner meet, customer engagement events Develop influencer partnerships and advocacy programs. VIII. Compliance & Documentation Maintain brand campaign reports, brand audit records and approvals. Ensure RERA, licensing, and compliance in creatives, pricing communication andlegal disclaimers. Maintain identity assets logos, typography, media library, brand toolkits. Requirements

Qualification & Experience
Essential Desirable Degree in Marketing \/ Branding \/ Communication MBA in Marketing \/ BrandStrategy 7\12 years branding experience with min. 4+ years in Real Estate Experience inluxury real estate brands Proficiency in campaign planning & execution Real estate launch brandingleadership Technical Skills: Branding & Positioning Strategy Real Estate Market Understanding Campaign Management (ATL\/BTL\/Digital) Vendor & Budget Management Creative Supervision and Design Review Marketing Analytics + Reporting Tools Excellent Storytelling & Visual Communication Skills Behavioral Competencies Strategic & Creative Thinking High Ownership & Accountability Influencing and Stakeholder Engagement Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills Customer\-Centered Mindset
