Job Title: US IT Recruiter – Implementation Partner Location: Noida (Onsite) Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Experience Required: 2+ Years in US IT Recruitment (Implementation Partner Model) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience working with Implementation Partners . The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of the US hiring ecosystem, excellent sourcing abilities, and experience closing IT requirements efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions through Implementation Partners. Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Job Boards & Social Networks . Review and evaluate technical resumes to ensure skill fitment. Coordinate candidate interviews, screening, and submissions to Implementation Partners & Clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with Implementation Partners and Vendor Managers. Negotiate pay rates (W2/1099/C2C) and ensure compliance with US work authorizations. Track and manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, and closures. Maintain high-quality submissions with quick turnaround time (TAT). Work closely with Account Managers to understand job requirements and delivery expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (MUST have Implementation Partner experience). Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2/1099/C2C). Experience sourcing and screening IT roles across various technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment. Preferred Skills Experience handling VMS-based requirements . Strong vendor network within the US region. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Education Bachelor’s Degree preferred (any specialization). Education: Bachelors Degree
