Job Description

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being a part of Healthcare Recruitment team, the primary responsibility would be to identify and recruit Nurses/Doctors/Healthcare professional.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates against job descriptions
  • Responsible for pre-screening, competency-based selection, interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments
  • Responsible for candidate communication throughout all assignments
  • Candidate research, database mining and networking calls
  • Talent Mapping and Headhunting on Niche requirements on regular basis
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Follow up with the candidates till joining and post joining
  • Organizing and handling recruitment drives and webinars

What You Need to Have

  • Minimum 1-5 years experience in nursing/ healthcare recruitment
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any subject), GNM, Bsc. – Nursing (Preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS office tools
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment drives
