Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to negotiate effectively and present solutions confidently. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM, ATS, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation tools. Preferred Qualifications: Existing client connections in US Non-IT or Healthcare staffing.
