Healthcare Recruiter

As a Healthcare Recruiter, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of healthcare positions. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates for U.S. healthcare roles such as RN, LPN/LVN, NP/PA, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Clinical Coordinators, and Lab Technicians. - Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidate fit. - Coordinating interviews with clients and maintaining ATS records. - Supporting hiring managers to ensure timely candidate delivery. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare staffing or recruitment. - Familiarity with healthcare roles, compliance, and credentialing would be advantageous. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different time zones.,
