Requirements : 1. Should have hired senior positions (Senior manager and above) in a healthcare set up. 2. Should have doctors hiring experience and should be an expert in the ATS. 3. Developing effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning 4. Developing competitive or specialized intelligence concerning talent development or employee retention 5. Using job boards, social media, and the internet to source qualified candidates for open positions 6. Using recruitment and applicant tracking software to evaluate candidates from selection through to on-boarding Job specs: 1. Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding. 6-8 years of relevant experience. 2. Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. 3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic recruitment plans to meet business goals. 4. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships. 5. Leadership : Experience in leading and mentoring a recruiting team. 6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to use metrics and identify areas for improvement.
