We are looking for an Overseas Healthcare Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment agency and support international healthcare hiring for countries like the UK, UAE, GCC, and Europe.

🔹 Role: Overseas Healthcare Recruiter – Intern

🔹 Experience: Minimum 3 months in recruitment (healthcare/overseas hiring preferred)

🔹 Location: Work From Home

🔹 Languages Required: English + Malayalam

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end overseas healthcare recruitment (Nurses, Technicians, Doctors, Caregivers).

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and international databases.

• Submit profiles to overseas clients and coordinate interviews.

• Assist candidates with visa, documentation, licensing (IELTS/OET), and onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, client updates, and ensure timely closures.

• Work in a fast-paced agency environment with multi-country hiring.
