Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist working in Koregaon Park, Pune, you will focus on recruiting talents ranging from Recruiter to Lead Recruiter levels within the Healthcare sector. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening resumes for various positions like Registered Nurse, Licensed Practitioner Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physician, and more. Coordinating interviews with clients and understanding job profiles will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen resumes for open positions in the Healthcare sector - Coordinate interviews with clients - Make calls to candidates and schedule interviews - Achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements - Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates - Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and the hiring team Qualifications Required: - Expertise in recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Job Diva is highly desired Please note that this role may require working in the Night Shift EST Shift, so flexibility with working hours is necessary.,
