Human Resources Generalist

Hybrid job based in Koregaon, Park, Pune

Night Shift: 8:30PM to 5:30AM

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of HR and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.

What will you be doing day to day?

• Conduct performance management and provide feedback, Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• HR Induction of new Joinees.
• Engage in rewards and recreation activities.
• Handle employee grievances and issues
• Employee Documentation.
• Involve with the Payroll team in the F & F and salary process.
• Maintenance of HR Portal.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 2+ years experience in Human Resources

• Strong ability to improve strategies
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment
• Must be very organized, disciplined and have excellent work ethics
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
