HR Coordinator – Mortgage BPO

Role Overview

HR Coordinator

U.S. mortgage industry compliance standards

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Mortgage BPO roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Execute structured onboarding programs and employee inductions.
  • Ensure documentation, background checks, and policy acknowledgments are completed.

3. HR Policies, Procedures & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with

    ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SAFE Act, and GLBA

    standards.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and compliance.

4. Employee Engagement & Development

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support learning & development activities and internal communication programs.

5. Performance Management

  • Coordinate goal-setting, appraisals, and performance review cycles.
  • Assist managers in performance improvement processes.

6. Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement processes.
  • Analyze exit feedback and share insights with leadership.

7. HR Administration & Vendor Management

  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance data.
  • Coordinate with external HR vendors, consultants, and service providers.

8. MIS Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and compliance metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Graduate in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:

    1–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • (Mortgage / Title BPO experience preferred).
  • Working knowledge of

    ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / SAFE Act / GLBA

    compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    .
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
