💼 About the Role

dedicated ERP Support Executive

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for ERP users (Dallas region).
  • Provide assistance via

    email, chat, and calls

    with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues at the user level.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior/technical teams when necessary.
  • Document all reported issues and solutions for effective tracking.
  • Gain hands-on expertise in ERP functionalities through structured training.

✅ Requirements

  • 1–2 years

    of experience in ERP support, IT support, or a related role (mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong understanding of web applications and user support processes.
  • Willingness to work during

    US business hours (night shift in India)

    .
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
