ERP Support Executive

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth implementation, support, and maintenance of the ERP system utilized by the interior fit-out company. As the main point of contact between users and the ERP software provider/developer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and problem resolution. - Provide initial support to ERP users across different departments such as procurement, HR, accounts, projects, and stores. - Diagnose and resolve software and user issues in collaboration with the ERP vendor. - Coordinate with internal teams and external ERP developers to facilitate the implementation of new features or changes. - Ensure timely and accurate entry of data by end users across all modules. - Conduct user training sessions, maintain user manuals, documentation, and update logs. - Monitor day-to-day operations through the ERP system to guarantee compliance and data integrity. - Generate customized reports and dashboards as per management requirements. - Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and suggest ERP-based automation solutions. The ideal candidate for this position should possess: - A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - A strong understanding of ERP systems, whether custom or platforms like Odoo, SAP, Tally ERP, etc. - Previous experience working in an interior fit-out, construction, or manufacturing environment would be advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
