Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to handle technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth IT and ERP support operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
Assist in system configuration, updates, and enhancements.
Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system improvements.
Train employees on ERP functionalities and best practices.
Generate reports and maintain system documentation.
Ø Fix basic computer, software, and network issues.
Ø Install and update systems and applications.
Ø Assist employees with IT-related queries.
Ø Maintain IT records and equipment.
Ø Provide ERP support, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
Requirements :
Ø 1-2 years of IT support experience.
Ø Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and IT tools.
Ø Experience in ERP support (usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance).
Ø Good communication and problem-solving skills.
