Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, cold call, and identify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assist in developing and executing effective sales plans.
  • Understand and effectively communicate IT products/services to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed sales records and provide regular updates to management.
  • Explore and utilize bidding portals like up work, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic approaches to capture them.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products/services is an advantage.
  • Experience using bidding platforms (Up work, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • For experienced candidates: Prior FMCG sales exposure is preferred.
