About the Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    full employee lifecycle

    , including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and exit formalities for assigned teams.
  • Plan and execute

    employee engagement activities

    for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field

  • 1+ years of experience

    in HR or a related field (freshers willing to learn are welcome).
