About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  full employee lifecycle

  , including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and exit formalities for assigned teams.
• Plan and execute

  employee engagement activities

  to enhance workplace culture.
• Facilitate

  onboarding

  for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and resources.
• Collaborate with the HR team and HODs to identify

  talent development roadblocks

• Design and implement

  for each team, including content development and execution.
• Facilitate

  for assigned locations.
• Handle

  employee relations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field

  .

• 1+ years of experience

  in HR or a related field (freshers willing to learn are welcome).
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office

  and the ability to learn new tech platforms.
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong
