We’re now expanding our human capital team, and looking for an HR Generalist who can nurture our people, processes, and purpose.

We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven HR professional who can help us build a motivated, high-performance team across multiple domains; from AI and content creation to education and research, handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance, and foster a vibrant work culture across hybrid teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Team has a diverse blend of Tech, Psychology, Management, Content and Media specialists.

Maintain and update employee records, offer letters, contracts, and HR databases.

Support policy formulation, compliance, and grievance management for both India and the UK.

Support UK operations, including coordination for projects in Special Educational Needs (SEN), training programs, and government-linked education and wellbeing initiatives.

Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Kaidoko’s mission and values.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.

1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist/Executive/Manager, preferably in IT/Media/startup sectors.
