HR professional

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
— job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, offer letters, contracts, and HR databases.
Manage
attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
with the accounts team.
Drive employee engagement programs, feedback surveys, and team-building initiatives.
Support
policy formulation, compliance, and grievance management
.
Coordinate performance appraisals, training needs, and career development planning.
Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Kaidoko’s mission and values.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Executive/Manager, preferably in
IT/Media/startup sectors
.
