Technical Skills required:

  • Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Prior experience working with HRM Software
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

Special Skills required:

  • Should be a team player with a proactive approach.
  • Should have good communication and leadership skills.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and manage deliveries on time.
  • Should be able to work for an extended time to ensure timely deliveries

Role and Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process
  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates

Leave Management:

  • Maintain accurate leave records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Address employee queries related to leave policies and resolve discrepancies.

Employee Documentation:

  • Oversee the documentation of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and stored securely in accordance with data protection standards.

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule performance meetings, ensuring timely communication with employees and managers.
  • Support the execution of performance review cycles, assisting in documentation and follow-ups.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain records of evaluations for future reference.

Daily HR Operations:

  • Handle day-to-day HR activities, including updating internal databases, managing employee correspondence, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Executive Support:

  • Assist senior management in preparing reports, presentations, and employee-related data summaries.
  • Provide support for organizational initiatives and strategic HR projects.
