Tech Mechanical with 2-3 years of relevant experience, OR B.Tech plus MBA/PGDM Project Management with 1 year of relevant experience Desired Industrial Background Design and Engineering Consulting Company / Oil and Gas / Energy / Power / Infrastructure / Food / Pharma Experience 2-3 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in the design and engineering domain. Technical Skills required Exposure to 3D modeling tools and other related software. Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and product development. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Special Skills required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget. Should be able to work under pressure and manage work delivery on time. Self-promoting goal-oriented mindset Role and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee design and engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with technical team heads and management to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation efforts to optimize project efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with clients and third-party stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving technical queries and issues promptly to minimize project delays. Review project progress, identify potential risks and obstacles, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
