Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding project details, payment schedules, possession timelines, documentation, etc. Maintain regular communication with customers on project updates, milestones, and delivery schedules. Resolve complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous approach. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the luxury project. Manage and lead the sales team, providing training, motivation, and performance monitoring. Identify and engage potential clients, including HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals), investors, and institutional buyers. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless sales experience. Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to implement targeted campaigns and events. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the luxury segment. Oversee the complete sales process — from client inquiry, site visit, negotiation, to closure and documentation. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. Requirements ✔ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. ✔ Minimum 6–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years focused on luxury/high-end properties. ✔ Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets. ✔ Strong network of HNI clients and real estate agents/brokers in the luxury segment. ✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ✔ Ability to lead a team, work under pressure, and deliver results in a competitive environment. ✔ Well-groomed, with a professional demeanor suitable for luxury clientele
