Company committed to delivering successful projects on time and within budget. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Engineer to manage engineering projects from conception to completion. The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules, and driving project success through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering projects from initiation to closeout, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress against milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

• Coordinate with project team members, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

• Prepare project documentation, including project proposals, specifications, drawings, and reports, and provide regular project status updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions and contingency plans to address challenges and maintain project momentum.

• Monitor and control project costs, expenses, and resource utilization, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements to optimize project performance.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and quality requirements, and facilitate project reviews, inspections, and audits as needed.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among project team members, and provide leadership, guidance, and support to achieve project objectives.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.

• Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office applications.
