About the Role

Human Resource Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
• Assist in payroll coordination through timely updates on attendance, leaves, and employee information.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and address HR-related queries professionally.
• Help develop, implement, and update HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, confirmations, and probation reviews.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with Innostax’s culture.
• Oversee smooth exit management including resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
• Support HR leadership in strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Solid understanding of HR operations, best practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS/ATS tools is a plus.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
