We’re now expanding our human capital team — and looking for an HR Generalist who can nurture our people, processes, and purpose. Job Description: We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven HR professional who can help us build a motivated, high-performance team across multiple domains — from AI and content creation to education and research, handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance, and foster a vibrant work culture across hybrid teams. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, offer letters, contracts, and HR databases. Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination with the accounts team. Drive employee engagement programs, feedback surveys, and team-building initiatives. Support policy formulation, compliance, and grievance management . Coordinate performance appraisals, training needs, and career development planning. Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Kaidoko’s mission and values. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology. 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Executive/Manager, preferably in IT/Media/startup sectors .
