We're now expanding our human capital team and looking for an HR Generalist who can nurture our people, processes, and purpose.

HR professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, offer letters, contracts, and HR databases.
• Manage

  attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination

  with the accounts team.
• Drive employee engagement programs, feedback surveys, and team-building initiatives.
• Support

  policy formulation, compliance, and grievance management

  .
• Coordinate performance appraisals, training needs, and career development planning.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Kaidoko's mission and values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Executive/Manager, preferably in

  IT/Media/startup sectors
