Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist at Cuneiform Consulting Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues and concerns. - Conducting thorough investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and grievances. - Working closely with management to address and resolve employee-related problems in a fair and timely manner. - Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Ensuring that all HR practices, policies, and decisions align with relevant labor laws and regulations. - Monitoring and enforcing company policies consistently throughout the organization. - Facilitating conflict resolution between employees or between employees and management. - Conducting mediation sessions to help parties find mutually acceptable solutions. - Recommending appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary, following established guidelines. - Collaborating with managers to address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans. - Providing guidance on handling performance-related challenges and terminations. - Promoting effective communication between employees and management. - Assisting in organizing and conducting employee feedback sessions and surveys. - Contributing to the development of internal communication strategies. - Supporting initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction. - Collaborating with other HR team members to design and implement employee recognition programs. - Developing and conducting training sessions on employee relations topics for managers and employees. - Ensuring employees are aware of their rights, responsibilities, and company policies. - Maintaining accurate and confidential employee relations records. - Preparing reports and metrics related to employee relations activities for HR and management. - Staying up-to-date on relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. - Ensuring the organization's compliance with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role in HR. - Solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong conflict resolution and mediation abilities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Please note that only female candidates working from the office in Ahmedabad with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist profile will be considered for this role.,
