Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist at Cuneiform Consulting Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to employees on workplace issues and concerns. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and grievances, collaborating with management to address and resolve employee-related problems, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. It is essential to ensure that all HR practices, policies, and decisions align with relevant labor laws and regulations, and to monitor and enforce company policies consistently throughout the organization. You will be responsible for facilitating conflict resolution between employees or between employees and management, conducting mediation sessions, recommending appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary, and collaborating with managers to address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans. Additionally, you will promote effective communication between employees and management, organize and conduct employee feedback sessions and surveys, and contribute to the development of internal communication strategies. Your role will also involve supporting initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction, designing and implementing employee recognition programs, and conducting training sessions on employee relations topics for managers and employees. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role. You should possess a solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong conflict resolution and mediation abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion. Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, are also essential.
