Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced L&D Trainer with a background in F&B/QSR outlets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing staff skills through comprehensive training programs, ensuring consistency in quality and service across all locations. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct Classroom Training (CRT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new and existing staff. Deliver refresher training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and skill enhancement. Evaluate staff performance through assessments, feedback, and observation during training sessions. Develop, update, and maintain training content, materials, and SOPs tailored to the needs of QSR operations. Visit Basil outlets across Delhi NCR to provide hands-on training and support as required. Collaborate with outlet managers to identify training gaps and implement effective learning solutions. Engage regularly with new joiners to provide support, address challenges, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer in the QSR/F&B industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide valuable inputs during the design phase to facilitate efficient manufacturing of Sheet Metal components. Work closely with the development team and vendors to plan manufacturing timelines based on external and internal dependencies. Setup and manage vendors for various manufacturing processes and raw material procurement. Expand the vendor network for the company to improve reliability and reduce manufacturing costs. Evaluate and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and machinery. Execute DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) on designed components and assemblies, suggesting changes for cost reduction and improved functionality. Ensure timely delivery of components to the assembly team. Handle interactions and negotiations with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement and production. Establish processes to support rapid scaling from prototype to batch production, mitigating any delays. Maintain a high level of team coordination and identify areas for improvement in processes to enhance manufacturing standards and product quality. Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Generate ideas for fixtures, assembly jigs, and process improvements. Ensure the quality of manufactured components meets the required standards. This position requires traveling more than 60% of the time within Delhi NCR. Must-Have Skills: Experience in Sheet Metal Components is a plus. Sound knowledge of Structural Mechanics, Weldments, Plastics, and Sheet Metal operations. Good understanding of manufacturing processes including turning, milling, laser cutting, bending, rolling, molding, surface finishing, and welding processes.
