Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced L&D Trainer with a background in F&B/QSR outlets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing staff skills through comprehensive training programs, ensuring consistency in quality and service across all locations. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct Classroom Training (CRT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new and existing staff. Deliver refresher training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and skill enhancement. Evaluate staff performance through assessments, feedback, and observation during training sessions. Develop, update, and maintain training content, materials, and SOPs tailored to the needs of QSR operations. Visit Basil outlets across Delhi NCR to provide hands-on training and support as required. Collaborate with outlet managers to identify training gaps and implement effective learning solutions. Engage regularly with new joiners to provide support, address challenges, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer in the QSR/F&B industry. Strong understanding of QSR operations, customer service, food safety, and hygiene standards. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging, practical, and results-oriented training content. Willingness to travel to various locations within Delhi NCR for on-site training. Why Join Us?
