Job Description

Role Overview: As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the Virtual Induction program for new employees in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. This includes creating a structured schedule and ensuring all new hires receive training on their job descriptions, Key Result Areas (KRAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to enhance job descriptions, KRAs, and KPIs for team members while identifying their learning needs. Additionally, you will drive the learning strategy for Schbang Academy and design various learning solutions tailored for employees, managers, and leaders to prepare them for future challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs for new employees joining in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. - Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance job descriptions, KRAs, and KPIs for team members. - Design and implement learning solutions for employees, managers, and leaders. - Organize company-wide training sessions on organizational etiquette, business writing, email etiquette, productivity, and other skill-based topics. - Evaluate training programs and instructors through feedback forms. - Coordinate external training processes to streamline workflow. - Assist in creating and updating marketing assets such as the website, brochures, social media content, and performance creatives. - Manage metrics, measure the impact of training programs, and ensure a positive return on investment. - Represent the organization externally with vendors, partners, and the broader ecosystem to bring learning opportunities to the forefront. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration. - Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a managerial role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders. - Experience in designing and implementing training programs. - Knowledge of learning evaluation methods and tools. - Familiarity with learning management systems and tools. - Demonstrated project management skills.,
