The Indian Hotels Company Limited is looking for Learning & Development Executive to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote continuous learning and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance managerial skills.
