Learning & Development Executive

You will be part of Healthlicious Basil Foodtech Pvt. Ltd., a premium QSR brand focused on health, with 30 outlets in Delhi NCR. Your role as an L&D Trainer will involve conducting both Classroom Training (CRT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new and existing staff. You will be responsible for delivering refresher sessions, assessing staff performance, and maintaining training content tailored to QSR operations. Your key responsibilities will include visiting Basil outlets for hands-on training, collaborating with managers to identify training gaps, and supporting new joiners for a smooth onboarding experience. You should have a minimum of 1 year of training experience in the QSR/F&B industry, along with a strong grasp of QSR operations, customer service, and food safety standards. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to create engaging training content.
