Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in the Mohali district. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various HR functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. Key day-to-day tasks include supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, providing guidance on company policies, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The role requires building relationships across teams and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices
• Experience in HR management and HR operations
• Proficiency in implementing, and managing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and experience in benefits administration
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of labor laws and demonstrated ability to maintain compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience of 4 - 5 required as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
