Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in India for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for developing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR management tasks. Other day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with employee relations, performance management, and providing general support to the organization’s HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts, with abilities in HR Management and developing and implementing HR policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits management and Benefits Administration
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR data management is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and English desirable
