Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Indore. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various roles within the company. Additional responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, managing applicant tracking systems, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The role also requires maintaining a positive candidate experience and assisting with employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment best practices, and labor laws
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements
• Experience in employer branding and fostering a positive candidate experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
