Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers in the chocolate section, understanding their preferences and suggesting suitable products.
  • Promote and sell chocolates, hampers, and gift boxes to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure attractive and hygienic display of chocolates and related products.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager/warehouse for replenishment.
  • Handle billing and maintain accuracy in cash/card transactions.
  • Educate customers on product quality, flavors, shelf life, and storage instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the chocolate display area as per food safety standards.
  • Support in festive promotions, sampling activities, and customer engagement events.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and share with store management.
