Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager based in Hyderabad. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality customer service standards. Responsibilities include handling inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers. The role also encompasses maintaining store appearance, scheduling staff, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
