Job Description

As a Store Manager at Ahmedabad Airport, your role involves ensuring the best services are provided to guests, achieving sales targets and profitability, managing the P&L of the outlet, controlling expenses, maintaining compliance with SOPs, managing inventory, ensuring store hygiene, preventing pilferages, submitting daily reports, and effectively managing the team. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure best services are given to guests - Achieve sales targets and profitability - Manage P&L of the outlet - Control expenses and outlet budget - Ensure smooth functioning following compliance and SOPs - Manage inventory and prevent pilferages - Maintain hygiene in the store - Submit daily reports - Manage the team effectively Qualifications Required: - Any graduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience managing outlets - Oversee daily outlet operations, guest service, staff roster, and inventory management - Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance - Demonstrate leadership and communication skills to motivate the team - Ability to multitask - Strong interpersonal skills - Result-oriented If interested in this position, please share your resume at ashwani@grayindia.in Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Please note that a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager is required for this position.
