Job Overview: We are looking for a Software Tester with a strong understanding of coding and business processes. The ideal candidate should be skilled in software testing, data migration, and bridging the gap between business requirements and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough software testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security. Identify, report, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution. Understand business requirements and effectively communicate them to the tech team . Assist in data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with developers to improve software quality and user experience. Write and execute test cases, test scripts, and automation processes. Validate system integrations and ensure smooth deployments. Provide feedback to optimize system workflows and business processes. Skills & Qualifications: BCA/MCA background with at least 3 years of experience in software testing or Business Analyst. Basic coding knowledge to understand and troubleshoot issues. Have ZOHO related knowledge. Experience in data migration and handling large datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
