The ideal candidate will be proficient in software testing, data migration, and bridging the gap between business requirements and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive software testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security. - Identify, report, and monitor bugs, ensuring their timely resolution. - Interpret business requirements and effectively convey them to the technical team. - Aid in data migration processes to maintain accuracy and consistency. - Collaborate with developers to enhance software quality and user experience. - Develop and implement test cases, test scripts, and automation procedures. - Validate system integrations and oversee smooth deployments. - Offer feedback to optimize system workflows and business processes. Skills & Qualifications: - Educational background in BCA/MCA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or Business Analysis. - Proficiency in basic coding to comprehend and resolve issues. - Familiarity with ZOHO-related concepts. - Experience in data migration and managing substantial datasets. - Strong analytical and problems-solving abilities. - Capability to articulate technical issues in a business-friendly manner. - Knowledge of automation testing tools.,
