About Advith ITeC:

Advith ITeC is a venture that merges finance consulting with technology, with the word ITeC standing for Information Technology enabled Consulting. We are building various tech tools to make finance consulting more accessible and have a dedicated team of individuals that are trained on tasks related to finance consulting and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Payroll cycle for employees of the clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with Payroll tools such as Zoho Payroll, Paybooks, Zing HR, GretHR, or similar platforms.
• Handle Payroll Compliances including: Provident Fund(PF), Professional Tax(PT), Employees State Insurance(ESI), Tax Deducted at Source(TDS), Shop & Establishment Act(S&E) & Other relevant labour law compliances.
• Maintain and reconcile Payroll related accounts
• Prepare and file Statutory return within prescribed timelines.
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws, payroll regulations, and direct tax rules.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and statutory bodies to resolve payroll related issues.
• Generate Payroll MIS, reports, and support Audits as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, Finance or related field

• 2–5 years

  of experience in payroll processing and compliance (experience range can be adjusted).
• Proficiency in payroll management tools (Zoho Payroll, Paybooks, Zing HR, Grethr, etc.).
• Solid understanding of PF, PT, ESI, TDS, Shop & Establishment Act, and labour laws.
• Knowledge of Direct Taxation related to payroll.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
