Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Payroll Management:

- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Manage employee data, leave records, and salary revisions

- Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll-related matters

- Salary Administration:

- Develop and implement salary structures and policies

- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns

- Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations

- Team Management:

- Supervise and guide the payroll team

- Provide training and support to team members

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in payroll management and salary administration

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll software

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and payroll management systems
