Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Execution & Reporting

• Conduct internal audits across departments to assess compliance, operational efficiency, and risk exposure.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Track and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.

• MIS & Data Analysis

• Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for audit tracking and reporting.
• Use advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) to analyze financial and operational data.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows for audit efficiency.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with department heads and process owners to gather information, clarify audit findings, and ensure compliance.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify control gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

• Risk & Compliance Oversight

• Evaluate internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Recommend process enhancements to mitigate risks and improve governance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good to have certifications like (Inter CA)
• Strong command of MS Excel and experience in MIS preparation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
