We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum graphics designer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with CSRBOX's initiatives, capturing the essence of our impact stories and engaging diverse audiences This role demands technical expertise in video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, and 2D animation to create compelling narratives for our campaigns, training modules, and events, Responsibilities Video Editing & Post-Production Perform the full range of editing tasks, including splicing, sound balancing, and applying color correction and color grading techniques, Edit raw footage to create engaging video sequences that convey CSRBOXs mission and impact stories effectively, Review scripts and raw materials to align the final product with the intended objectives, Enhance video content with graphics, motion effects, and transitions to ensure a polished final product, Motion Graphics & 2D Animation Create and integrate motion graphics, simple 2D animations, and VFX into video content to add depth and appeal, Develop animated content for training modules, campaigns, and presentations, Pre-Production Planning Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for impactful videos, Assist in storyboarding, scripting, and planning shoots, Organize and manage audio, video, and project files to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient storage of assets, Maintain an archive of past projects for easy reference and reuse, Quality Assurance & Review Review edited footage to identify and rectify issues, ensuring consistency in quality, tone, and branding, Provide recommendations to improve content and align with best practices in video production, Mandatory Qualification And Experience Education: Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Fine Art, Visual Art, Graphic Design, Photography, Film/Television, or related fields, Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in video editing, Expertise in industry-standard software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro, Strong skills in color grading, storytelling, and post-production workflows, Prior experience as a video editor or videographer, particularly in the social impact sector, Proficiency in motion graphics, VFX, and 2D animation, Technical knowledge of professional lighting, photography, and videography equipment, Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines, Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work, How to apply Please Send Your CV Along With a Cover Letter At Career@bharatcares org With The Subject-line Video Editor Cum Graphic DesignerPlease Mention Following Details In The Email Body Current Location Preferred Location Notice Period Current Salary Why do you think yourself a good-fit for this role (at least 50 words, max 200 words) Note: Only short-listed candidates will be contacted This role is for the candidates with relevant experience as per the details mentioned above Job Summary Salary: INR 4 20 LPA-6 20 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Deadline: 31 May, 2025 About CSRBOX CSRBOX is Indias leading CSR knowledge and impact intelligence-driven media cum social impact advisory platform It works as an enabler to create corporate-non-profit, corporate-corporate, and corporate-government collaborations Our biggest strength is our research and consulting team which maps over 4000 CSR projects and 1500 companies' CSR portfolios every year We have a strong CSR Implementation Vertical with the name BharatCares, which works with companies and CSR foundations for their CSR projects for underprivileged communities across livelihoods, skill development, education, health, and environment thematic A few of our corporate clients are ICICI Bank, SKF Ltd , Bosch India, IBM India, Diageo, DP World, Future Generali, Airbus, Arvind, LG Electronics, Hero MotoCorp, Sandvik, Vastu Housing Finance, DCM Shriram, L&T, etc
