Role & responsibilities

Establishing new business links
Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
Working towards achieving the sales target
Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in any stream
Proven Work experience required of 1 to 4 + sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
Background BFSI industry is a bonus.
