Job Title: Back Office Executive – Personal Finance Operations Location: Science City Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Back Office Executive** to manage and support day-to-day operational activities related to **Mutual Funds, Insurance, NPS, Bonds, and other personal finance products**. The role involves data processing, documentation, coordination with clients and service providers, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Process transactions related to **Mutual Funds (SIP, SWP, Redemption)**, insurance policies, NPS contributions, etc. * Maintain and update client records in CRM or Excel. * Coordinate with AMCs, insurance companies, and platforms like CAMS, KFintech, NSDL, etc. * Handle **nomination, transmission, KYC updates**, and form processing. * Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Reconcile statements, generate reports, and assist in audit/documentation. * Respond to basic client service queries via email or calls (non-sales). * Assist front-office team with required backend documentation and reports. * Stay updated with industry compliance (SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA guidelines). *Required Skills & Qualifications: * Graduate in Commerce/Finance/BBA or equivalent. * 0-3 years of experience in financial back office preferred. * Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry. * Knowledge of mutual fund platforms (MF Utility, BSE StarMF, NSE NMF), insurance portals, etc. is a plus. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Ability to handle confidential data responsibly. Preferred Qualities: * NISM VA or insurance certifications (can be completed after joining). * Familiarity with tools like CAMS Online, KFintech, IRDAI portals. * Willingness to learn and grow into more client-facing or analytical roles.
