Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and hiring candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and implementing training programs, as well as effectively communicating with various teams to meet hiring needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Hiring, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Training new team members
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resource roles is a plus
