Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter in our department. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment and End to End Hiring .

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) – Recruitment

  1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
  2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  3. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
  5. Manage on-boarding formalities for new hires.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or Business Administration preferred).
  2. 6 months-1 years of experience in recruitment .
  3. Strong organisational and Sourcing skills.
  4. Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
