Responsibilities Lead Candidate Sourcing: Guide the team to utilize job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and referrals to source potential candidates. Source Candidates: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and referrals. Manage Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants. Screen Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate Hiring Process: Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Qualifications MBA/ Any UG/PG Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
