About the Role

To lead and guide the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent by leveraging multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Candidate Sourcing:

  Guide the team to utilize job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and referrals to source potential candidates.

• Source Candidates:

  Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and referrals.

• Manage Job Postings:

  Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.

• Screen Resumes:

  Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct Interviews:

  Perform initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate Hiring Process:

  Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• MBA/ Any UG/PG

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
